3 Huevos

¼ Taza Crema de Leche

2 Cdas Ron

1 Cda Azúcar Morena

Pizca de Sal

Pan Brioche

2 Cdas Mantequilla

Azúcar Glass

1 Cda Mermelada

1 Cda Mascarpone o Queso Crema

Frutos Rojos al gusto

3 Eggs

¼ cup Heavy Cream

2 tbsp Rum

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

pinch of Salt

Brioche Bread

2 tbsp Butter

Powdered Sugar

1 tbsp Jam

1 tbsp Mascarpone or Cream Cheese

Mixed Berries to taste

Step 1

En un bol coloca huevos, crema de leche, ron, azúcar, sal y mezcla.

Step 2

Corta una rebanada gruesa de pan y sumerge en la mezcla por ambos lados hasta que este bien húmeda.

Step 3

En un sarten coloca mantequilla y cocina la tortada por ambos lados hasta dorar.

Step 4

Lleva las tostadas al horno 350°F o 180°C de 5-7 minutos.

Step 5

Sirve con azúcar glass, mermelada, queso mascarpone y frutas picadas.

In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, rum, sugar, and salt and mix.

Cut a thick slice of bread and soak it in the mixture on both sides until it is well moistened.

Step 3

In a pan, place butter and cook the toast on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Place the toasts in the oven at 350°F or 180°C for 5-7 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with powdered sugar, jam, mascarpone cheese, and chopped fruits.
