340 gr Espinacas Congeladas

450 g Queso Farmer

1 Huevo

1 Diente de Ajo

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

2 Cdas de Aceite de Oliva

1 Masa de Hojaldre

1 Huevo Batido para pintar

Sazonador para Bagels

340 gr Frozen Spinach

450 g Farmer Cheese

1 Egg

1 Garlic Clove

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 tbsp of Olive Oil

1 Puff Pastry Dough

1 Beaten Egg for glazing

Bagel Seasoning

Step 1

Prepara el relleno mezclando en un bol la espinaca, el queso, huevo, ajo, sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva.

Step 2

Extiende la masa de hojandre, coloca el relleno en el centro y corta como lo vez en el video.

Step 3

Une los extremos de lado y lado.

Step 4

Cubre con huevo y semillas.

Step 5

Hornea a 400°F o 200°C por 25 minutos.

Step 6

Deja enfriar un poco, corta y disfruta.

Prepare the filling by mixing the spinach, cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.

Step 2

Roll out the puff pastry, put the filling in the center and cut as you see in the video.

Put together the ends from side to side.

Cover with egg and seeds.

Step 5

Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 25 minutes.
