2 Cdas Mantequilla

120 gr Champiñones

1 Cebolla Pequeña

450 gr Carne New York Strip

2 Dientes de Ajo

½ Cdta Tomillo

1 Cda de Paprika

2 - 3 Cdas Harina de Trigo

½ Taza Vino Blanco

3 Tazas Caldo de Carne

½ Cdta Salsa Inglesa

1 Cda Mostaza Dijon

½ Taza Crema Agria

250 gr Pasta larga

Perejil Fresco al gusto

2 tbsp Butter

120 gr Mushrooms

1 Small Onion

450 gr New York Strip Steak

2 Garlic Cloves

½ tsp Thyme

1 tbsp Paprika

2 - 3 tbsp Wheat Flour

½ cup White Wine

3 cup Beef Broth

½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

½ cup Sour Cream

250 gr Long Pasta

Fresh Parsley to taste

Step 1

Sazona la carne previamente cortada con sal y pimienta.

Step 2

Sofríe la carne en una sartén con un poco de aceite, saca la carne una vez lista.

Step 3

En la misma sartén sofríe mantequilla, cebolla, champiñones, sal y pimienta.

Step 4

Una vez cocidos agrega ajo, tomillo, paprika, la harina y cocina por 1 minuto.

Step 5

Desglaza con vino blanco y reduce.

Step 6

Agrega el caldo y cocina hasta espesar.

Step 7

Incorpora crema agria y mostaza.

Step 8

Agrega la carne, la pasta mezcla y termina con perejil.

Season the previously cut meat with salt and pepper.

Fry the meat in a pan with a little oil, remove the meat once it's ready.

Step 3

In the same pan, sauté butter, onion, mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Once cooked, add garlic, thyme, paprika, flour and cook for 1 minute.

Step 5

Deglaze with white wine and reduce.

Step 6

Add the broth and cook until it thickens.

Step 7

Incorporate sour cream and mustard.

Step 8

Add the meat, mix the pasta and finish with parsley.
