3 Cdas Aceite de Oliva

1 Cebolla

3 Zanahorias

3 Celery

2 Dientes de Ajo

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

Kale Toscano

3 Litros Caldo de Pollo

Pasta corta

3 tbsp Olive Oil

1 Onion

3 Carrots

3 Celery

2 Garlic Cloves

Salt and Pepper to taste

Tuscan Kale

3 L Chicken Broth

Short Pasta

Step 1

Retira la piel del chorizo y sofríe en una olla con aceite de oliva.

Step 2

Agrega cebolla, zanahoria, celery, ajo, sal, pimienta, kale y sofríe.

Step 3

Agrega el caldo de pollo y cocina por 45 - 60 minutos.

Step 4

Sirve con Pasta cocida y disfruta.
