Ensalada Arturo’s

Mayo Mostaza

Pepinillos

For the Pollo Arturo's

2 Tazas de Leche

1 Limón

Pollo sin Hueso (Contramuslo)

¾ taza Harina de Trigo

¼ taza Pan Rallado

1 ½ Cda Sal

1 ½ Cda Ajo en polvo

1 ½ Cda Pimenton Rojo

1 Cda Pimienta Blanca

½ Cda Pimienta Negra

For the Ensalada Arturo’s

½ Repollo Blanco

¼ Taza Repollo Morado

1 Zanahoria

3 Cdas Mayonesa

1 Cdita Mostaza

1 ½ Cdas Azúcar

½ Cda Vinagre

Sal al gusto

Pimienta Blanca al gusto

For the Mayo Mostaza

3 Cdas Mayonesa

2 Cdtas Mostaza Dijon

Arturo’s Salad

Mayo Mustard

Pickles

For the Arturo's Chicken

2 cup of Milk

1 Lemon

Boneless Chicken (Thigh)

¾ cup Wheat Flour

¼ cup Bread Crumbs

1 ½ tbsp Salt

1 ½ tbsp Garlic Powder

1 ½ tbsp Red Paprika

1 tbsp White Pepper

½ tbsp Black Pepper

For the Arturo’s Salad

½ White Cabbage

¼ cup Purple Cabbage

1 Carrot

3 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 tsp Mustard

1 ½ tbsp Sugar

½ tbsp Vinegar

Salt to taste

White Pepper to taste

For the Mayo Mustard

3 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Step 1

For the Para el pollo arturo's

Step 1

En un bol combina leche y jugo de limon, agrega el pollo y deja macerar de 4-24h.

Step 2

En una bandeja combina los ingredientes secos y empaniza el pollo.

Step 3

En una sarten frie el pollo por 6-8 minutos en un aceite a 350°F (180°C).

For the Para la Ensalada Arturo's

Step 1

Corta los repollos en cuadritos.

Step 2

Ralla la zanahoria.

Step 3

En un bol combina los repollos, zanahoria, mayonesa, mostaza, azucar y vinagre.

Step 4

Sazona con sal y pimienta blanca.

Step 5

For the Para el Sandwich

Step 1

Tuesta la parte de adentro del Pan.

Step 2

Agrega la mayo mostaza

Step 3

Agrega el pollo, los pepinillos y la ensalada.

For the Arturo's Chicken

Step 1

In a bowl, combine milk and lemon juice, add the chicken and let it marinate for 4-24 hours.

Step 2

In a tray, combine the dry ingredients and bread the chicken.

Step 3

In a pan, fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes in oil at 350°F (180°C).

Step 4

For the Arturo's Salad

Step 1

Cut the cabbages into small squares.

Step 2

Grate the carrot.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the cabbages, carrot, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and vinegar.

Step 4

Season with salt and white pepper.

Step 5

For the Sandwich

Step 1

Toast the inside of the bread.

Step 2

Add the mayo mustard.

Step 3

Add the chicken, pickles, and salad.
