4 lb Carne

Sal al gusto

Mostaza

¼ Taza Hierbas Italianas

3 Dientes de Ajo

Pimienta al gusto

¼ Taza de Aceite

Mustard

¼ cup Italian Herbs

3 Garlic Cloves

Pepper to taste

¼ cup of Oil

Step 1

Pinta la carne con un poco de aceite y sazona con sal.

Step 2

En un sartén bien caliente sella por todos los lados hasta dorar.

Step 3

Pinta la carne con mostaza.

Step 4

En un bol agrega las hierbas italianas, ajo, pimienta, aceite y mezcla hasta formar una pasta.

Step 5

Cubre la carne con la mezcla de las hierbas.

Step 6

Lleva al horno a 325°F o 160°C por 75 a 90 minutos o hasta obtener una temperatura interna de 130°F o 55°C.
