½ Cebolla Blanca

1 Diente de Ajo

1 Taza Arroz Arborio

½ Taza Vino Blanco

Caldo de Pollo

2 Cdas Mantequilla

½ Taza Queso Parmesano

Asado Negro

1 Garlic Clove

1 cup Arborio Rice

½ cup White Wine

Chicken Broth

2 tbsp Butter

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Step 1

Sofrie una cebolla con aceite de oliva y ajo.

Step 2

Sofrie el arroz, agrega vino y reduce.

Step 3

Incorpora ½ taza de caldo de pollo y revuelve constantemente hasta reducir, repite el proceso por 17 minutos agregando cada vez ½ taza caldo.

Step 4

Apaga el fuego y termina con mantequilla, queso parmesano y revuelve constantemente para cremar el arroz.

Step 5

En este caso yo use un asado que ya tenia pero tu puedes usar cualquier carne jugosa para acompañar este risotto.

Coloca el risotto en un plato, agrega la carne y finaliza con cebollin.

Fry the rice, add wine and reduce.

Step 3

Incorporate ½ cup of chicken broth and stir constantly until reduced, repeat the process for 17 minutes adding ½ cup broth each time.

Step 4

Turn off the heat and finish with butter, parmesan cheese and stir constantly to cream the rice.

Step 5

In this case, I used a roast that I already had but you can use any juicy meat to accompany this risotto.

Step 6

Place the risotto on a plate, add the meat and finish with chives.
