2 Cdas Aceite de Oliva

3 Salchicha Italianas Picantes

3 Dientes de Ajo

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

½ Taza Vino Blanco

½ Taza Crema de Leche

1 ½ Taza Tomate en Salsa

¼ Taza Agua de la Pasta

Rigatoni

¼ Taza Queso Parmesano

½ Taza Guisantes

Perejil al gusto para decorar

2 tbsp Olive Oil

3 Spicy Italian Sausages

3 Garlic Cloves

Salt and Pepper to taste

½ cup White Wine

½ cup Cream

1 ½ cup Tomato Sauce

¼ cup Pasta Water

Rigatoni

¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

½ cup Peas

Parsley to taste for garnish

Step 1

Retira la piel de la salchicha.

Step 2

En un sartén agrega aceite y sofríe la salchicha.

Step 3

Agrega ajo picado, sal y pimienta.

Step 4

Coloca el vino blanco y reduce.

Step 5

Agrega tomate en salsa y deja hervir.

Step 6

Coloca pasta y agua de la pasta.

Step 7

Incorpora queso parmesano, guisantes y deja espesar.

Step 8

Sirve con un poco más de queso y perejil fresco.

Add white wine and reduce.

Add tomato sauce and let it boil.
