6 Papas

Sal al gusto (Para el agua)

2 Tazas de Crema de Leche

2 Cdas Mantequilla sin sal

Sal y Pimienta la gusto (Para el Pure)

Cebollin Chino

Salt to taste (For the water)

2 cup of Cream

2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Salt and Pepper to taste (For the Mashed Potatoes)

Chinese Chives

Step 1

Pela y corta las papas.

Step 2

En una olla coloca las papas, el ague, sal y deja hervir por 20-25 minutos.

Step 3

Pasa las papas por un prensador de papas y aparta.

Step 4

En otra olla calienta crema de leche y mantequilla hasta derretir por completo, sazona con sal, pimienta y cebollin chino.

Step 5

Vierte la mezcla de la crema de leche sobre las papas ya trituradas, mezcla muy bien y a disfrutar.

Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes.

Step 2

In a pot, place the potatoes, water, salt and let it boil for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Pass the potatoes through a potato masher and set aside.

Step 4

In another pot, heat cream and butter until completely melted, season with salt, pepper and Chinese chives.

Step 5

Pour the cream mixture over the already mashed potatoes, mix very well and enjoy.
