¼ cup of Oil

Dried Oregano

Step 1

Coloca la papas en una olla con agua fría.

Step 2

Cocina las papas por 30 o hasta que están suaves.

Step 3

Coloca las papas en una bandeja con papel de hornear.

Step 4

Aplana las papas con el fondo de un vaso.

Step 5

En un bol combine ajo, aceite y Oregano.

Step 6

Cubre las papas con la mezcla de ajo.

Step 7

Hornea por 30 minutos a 400°F (200°C) o hasta dorar.

Sazona con sal y Limón.
