Carne Mechada

Ensalada Rallada

Salsa Rosada

Queso Blanco Rallado

Step 1

Pela y corta el platano verde.

Step 2

En un bol agrega el platano, ajo picado, aceite de oliva y revuelve.

Step 3

Cocina en el airfryer por 8 minutos a 390°F o 200°C.

Step 4

Saca y aplasta con un bol algo plano el platano hasta que este super delgado.

Step 5

Lleva nuevamente al airfryer por 8 minutos mas a 390°F o 200°C.

Step 6

Sirve con un poco de sal, carne mechada, ensalada rallada, salsa rosada y queso.

Step 1

Peel and cut the green banana.

Step 2

In a bowl, add the banana, chopped garlic, olive oil and stir.

Step 3

Cook in the airfryer for 8 minutes at 390°F or 200°C.

Step 4

Remove and flatten the banana with a flat bowl until it is very thin.

Step 5

Return to the airfryer for another 8 minutes at 390°F or 200°C.

Step 6

Serve with a little salt, shredded meat, grated salad, pink sauce and cheese.
