Hojaldre (comprado en tienda)

Queso ricotta

Jamón

Miel

Baño de Huevo (yema+agua)

Semillas de Sésamo

Puff pastry (store bought)

Ricotta cheese

Ham

Honey

Egg wash (yolk+water)

Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Extiende y corta en cuadrados la masa de hojandre.

Step 2

Sobre uno de los cuadrados coloca en el centro queso, jamón picado y un poco de miel.

Step 3

Bate la yema con un poco de agua y con un pincel pinta los bordes.

Step 4

Cierra con otro cuadrado de masa y une los bordes aplastando un poco con el dedo.

Step 5

Termina con semillas de sesamo.

Step 6

Hornear a 400°C 200°C por 14 minutos.

Roll out and cut the puff pastry into squares.

Step 2

On one of the squares, place cheese, chopped ham, and a bit of honey in the center.

Step 3

Beat the egg yolk with a little water and use a brush to paint the edges.

Step 4

Close with another square of pastry and join the edges by pressing slightly with your finger.

Step 5

Finish with sesame seeds.

Step 6

Bake at 400°C 200°C for 14 minutes.
