1 Cabeza de Ajo

6 Tomates

Sal al gusto

Aceite de Oliva

½ Cebolla

Hojuelas de Chile

1 Cda de Pasta de Tomate

Pasta

Queso Parmesano

Queso Farmer

Albahaca

6 Tomatoes

Salt to taste

Olive Oil

½ Onion

Chili flakes

1 tbsp of Tomato Paste

Step 1

Corta la cabeza de ajo, coloca sobre un papel de aluminio, agrega aceite y sal.

Step 2

En una bandeja coloca el tomate picado y el ajo.

Step 3

Hornea por 25 minutos a 400°F o 200°C.

Step 4

Saca del horno y licua.

Step 5

En un sarten con aceite sofrie cebolla, hojuelas de chile y pasta de tomate.

Step 6

Agrega la mezcla de tomates y cocina por 5 minutos.

Step 7

Incorpora la pasta cocina por 2 minutos mas.

Step 8

Sirve con queso parmesano, queso farmer, aceite de oliva y hojitas de albahaca.

Cut the top off the garlic head, place it on aluminum foil, add oil and salt.

On a tray, place the chopped tomato and garlic.

Bake for 25 minutes at 400°F or 200°C.

Remove from the oven and blend.
