1 Litro Leche

226 gr Queso de Cabra

Sal al gusto

¼ Cdta Pimienta Blanca

¼ Cdta Nuez Moscada

Jamon Serrano

Esparragos

Aceite de Oliva

Limon

1 Small Onion

½ cup Wheat Flour

1 L Milk

226 gr Goat Cheese

Salt to taste

¼ tsp White Pepper

¼ tsp Nutmeg

Serrano Ham

Asparagus

Step 1

En una olla derrite mantequilla y cocina la cebolla.

Step 2

Agrega harina y cocina por unos minutos.

Step 3

Incorpora leche, queso, sal y pimienta y nuez moscada.

Step 4

Revuelve constantemente hasta que espese.

Step 5

En una sartén sofríe el jamón hasta que quede crocante.

Agrega aceite al sartén y cocina los espárragos con un toque de sal.
