1 Tira gruesa de Tocineta

¼ Cebolla Morada

1 Cda Aceite Oliva

¼ Cdta Hojuelas de Chile

1 Cda Pasta de Tomate

¾ Taza Tomate

2 Tazas Pasta Rigatoni

¼ Taza Agua de Pasta

Queso Pecorino al gusto

Albahaca fresca al gusto

1 Thick slice of Bacon

¼ Red Onion

1 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ tsp Chili Flakes

1 tbsp Tomato Paste

¾ cup Tomato

2 cup Rigatoni Pasta

¼ cup Pasta Water

Pecorino Cheese to taste

Fresh Basil to taste

Step 1

Pica en pedazos grandes la tocineta y cocina junto con la cebolla y el aceite de oliva.

Step 2

Agrega las hojuelas de chile, pasta de tomate, Albahaca y cocina por 1 minuto.

Step 3

Incorpora el tomate y cocina por 1 minuto.

Step 4

Agrega la pasta, el agua de pasta, queso pecorino y mezcla.

Chop the bacon into large pieces and cook with the onion and olive oil.

Step 2

Add the chili flakes, tomato paste, basil and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Incorporate the tomato and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add the pasta, pasta water, pecorino cheese and mix.
