1 Taza Vino Blanco

1 Taza Crema de Leche

150 g Queso Gruyere Ahumado

150 g Queso Emmental

150 g Queso Manchego

1 Pan Redondo

Cebollin Chino

1 cup White Wine

1 cup Cream

150 g Smoked Gruyere Cheese

150 g Emmental Cheese

150 g Manchego Cheese

1 Round Bread

Step 1

En un sarten coloca aceite, ajoporro, sal y pimienta y sofrie.

Step 2

Agrega vino y deje evaporar.

Step 3

Incorpora la crema de leche, los quesos rallados y mezcla.

Step 4

Abre un pan redondo en el centro, retira la masa y coloca la mezcla.

Step 5

Coloca la tapa del pan y hornear a 200°C por 13-15 minutos.

Step 6

Retira la tapa y finaliza con cebollin chono picado.
