The traditional ham bread is one of the sides of the Venezuelan Christmas dish. In this "Sifrino" ham bread, we replace the ham with Serrano and turkey ham, the raisins with golden raisins, we add black olives to the green ones and incorporate cream cheese and roasted bell pepper. 400 gr Masa de Hojaldre

150 gr Jamón Serrano

340 gr Jamón Pavo

200 gr Queso Crema

Pimentones Asados al gusto

Pasas Doradas al gusto

Aceitunas Negras y Verdes al gusto

1 Yema

2 Cdas Agua

400 gr Puff Pastry Dough

150 gr Serrano Ham

340 gr Turkey Ham

200 gr Cream Cheese

Roasted Bell Peppers to taste

Golden Raisins to taste

Black and Green Olives to taste

1 Egg Yolk

2 tbsp Water

Step 1

Estira la masa con un poco de harina de trigo en la superficie.

Step 2

Arma con jamón serrano, jamón de pavo, pimentón asado, queso crema, aceitunas y pasitas.

Step 3

Corta el borde de la masa en tiras, enrolla con cuidado y estira cada tira.

Step 4

Mezcla la yema, el agua y pinta cada tira.

Step 5

Lleva cada tira al otro extremo del pan.

Step 6

Coloca en una bandeja para horno y pinta con la mezcla de yema por fuera.

Step 7

Hornear a 350°F o 180°C de 60 a 70 minutos.
