For the Masa

3 ½ Tazas de Harina Todo Uso

½ Taza de Agua

2 Cdas de Levadura Instantánea

5 ½ Cdtas de Sal

1 Huevo

½ Barra de Mantequilla sin Sal

¼ Taza de Azúcar

2 Cdas de Panela rallada

taza de Leche Entera

For the Relleno

700 gr de Jamón

150 gr de Tocineta Ahumada

Pasas al gusto

Aceitunas Verdes al gusto

For the Glaseado

3 Cdas de Panela

¼ taza de Agua

For the Dough

3 ½ cups All Purpose Flour

½ cup Water

2 tbsp Instant Yeast

5 ½ tsp Salt

1 egg

½ stick Unsalted Butter

¼ cup Sugar

2 tbsp Grated Panela

⅓ cup Whole Milk

For the Filling

700 gr Ham

150 gr Smoked Bacon

Raisins to taste

Green Olives to taste

For the Glaze

3 tbsp Panela

¼ cup Water

Step 1

En el tazón de la batidora, añade todos los ingredientes secos y revuelve.

Step 2

Incorpora los ingredientes húmedos y bate a velocidad media durante 8 minutos.

Step 3

Deja reposar durante 1 hora.

Step 4

Enharina tu superficie y con un rodillo extiende la masa para formar un rectángulo.

Step 5

Coloca el tocino, jamón, aceitunas y pasas.

Step 6

Dobla los extremos de la masa hacia adentro y enrolla.

Step 7

En una bandeja con papel encerado coloca el pan y pinta con panela y agua.

Perfora con un tenedor y hornea a 350°F o 180°C durante 45-55 minutos.

Put bacon, ham, olives and raisins.

Step 6

Fold the ends of the dough inward and roll.

Step 7

On a tray with waxed paper place the bread and paint with panela and water.

Pierce with a fork and bake at 350°F or 180°C for 45-55 minutes.
