Pepperoncini

For the Chimichurri

1 Racimo Perejil

2 Cdas Oregano Seco

3 Dientes Ajo

1 Cda Pimenton en Polvo

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

2 Cdas Vinagre Rojo

1 Taza Aceite de Oliva

Chorizo

Provolone Cheese

Olive Oil

Dried Oregano

Pepperoncini

For the Chimichurri

1 bunch Parsley

2 tbsp Dried Oregano

3 Garlic Cloves

1 tbsp Paprika Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 tbsp Red Vinegar

1 cup Olive Oil

Directions

Step 1

Corta el pan a la mitad y retira la masa.

Step 2

Agrega aceite de oliva, oregano, pepperoncino y queso.

Step 3

Con la ayuda de un cuchillo retira la piel del chorizo, aplana con las manos y coloca sobre el pan.

Step 4

Lleva a un sartén de parrilla y cocina por ambos lados.

Step 5

Sirve con chimichurri y disfruta.
