1 Litro de Crema de Leche

Sal al gusto

1 L of Cream

Salt to taste

Step 1

Bate la crema de leche hasta que se separe (8-11 minutos).

Step 2

Escurre la mantequilla usando una tela quesera.

Step 3

En un bol con agua enjuaga la mantequilla, repite hasta que el agua sea trasparente.

Step 4

Escurre el agua y agrega la sal.

Step 5

Refrigera.

Step 6

Obtienes 400g - 450g de mantequilla y dura hasta 1 mes.
