Barriga de Cerdo

1 ½ Cda Sazón

3 Cdas Aceite

½ Cebolla

2 Dientes de Ajo

2 Latas de Maiz

Sal al gusto

2 Cdas Mantequilla

Semillas de Ajonjolí al gusto

¼ Taza Queso Pepper Jack

Cebollino al gusto

Salsa Rosada

Pork Belly

1 ½ tbsp Seasoning

3 tbsp Oil

½ Onion

2 Garlic Cloves

2 can of Corn

Salt to taste

2 tbsp Butter

Sesame Seeds to taste

¼ cup Pepper Jack Cheese

Chives to taste

Pink Sauce

Step 1

Sazona la barriga de cerdo con el sazón y cocina en el airfryer a 350°F o 180°C por 20 minutos.

Step 2

En un sartén coloca aceite y agrega cebolla, ajo, maíz, sal, sazón y sofríe.

Step 3

Agrega la mantequilla y cocina hasta dorar.

Step 4

Agrega en un molde para horno el maíz, semillas de ajonjolí, queso rallado, cebollino y lleva al horno hasta gratinar.

Step 5

Pica el cerdo y coloca encima del maíz y termina con salsa rosada.

In a pan, add oil and add onion, garlic, corn, salt, seasoning and sauté.

Step 3

Add the butter and cook until golden brown.

Step 4

In a baking dish, add the corn, sesame seeds, grated cheese, chives and bake until gratinated.

Step 5

Chop the pork and place it on top of the corn and finish with pink sauce.
