140 gr Queso Cheddar

28 gr Queso Parmesano

1 Cda Mostaza Dijon

Pizca Pimenton en Polvo

Pizca Pimienta Cayena

For the Para Gratinar

Pan Rallado

40 gr Queso Cheddar

10 gr Queso Parmesano

170 gr Pasta

1 ¼ cup Cold Water

Salt to taste

¾ cup Evaporated Milk

140 gr Cheddar Cheese

28 gr Parmesan Cheese

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

pinch of Paprika

pinch of Cayenne Pepper

For the Gratin

Breadcrumbs

40 gr Cheddar Cheese

10 gr Parmesan Cheese

Step 1

En una sartén agrega pasta, agua, sal y cocina hasta 1 minuto antes de que este al dente.

Step 2

Agrega la leche evaporada deja hervir y apaga.

Step 3

Incorpora los quesos rallados previamente y mezcla.

Step 4

Incorpora mostaza, pimenton en polvo, pimienta cayena y mezcla.

Step 5

Para gratinar coloca en un molde para horno, cubre con queso cheddar y parmesano, agrega pan rallado y gratina.
