1 Taza Mayonesa

2 Cabezas Ajo

1 Cda Aceite de Oliva

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

2 Cdas Cebollin Chino

Chorrito Jugo de Limon

1 cup Mayonnaise

2 Garlic Heads

1 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 tbsp Chinese Chives

A splash of Lemon Juice

Step 1

Corta un extremo de las cabezas de ajo, colocada sobre papel de aluminio agrega sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva y lleva al horno a 375°F o 190°C por 40-45 minutos.

Step 2

En un bowl agrega mayonesa, ajo al horno, 1 diente de ajo rallado, sal, cebollin, limon y mezcla.
