2 Remolachas (medianas)

2 Cdas Aceite de Oliva

½ Taza Nueces

1 Diente Ajo

1 Cdta Sal

1 Taza Yogurt Griego

2 Cdas Jugo Limon

2 Cdtas Eneldo

5 ½ Cdtas Horseradish Preparado

2 Medium Beets

2 tbsp Olive Oil

½ cup Walnuts

1 Garlic Clove

1 tsp Salt

1 cup Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tsp Dill

5 ½ tsp Prepared Horseradish

Step 1

Coloca las Remolachas con aceite y sal en papel de aluminio y rostiza por 45 minutos a 445°F o 230°C.

Step 2

En un procesador de alimentos coloca todos los ingredientes.

Sirve con un poco de nueces picadas y eneldo.
