For the Ingredientes Secos

2 ½ Taza Harina de Trigo

Taza Cacao en Polvo

2 Cdtas Polvo de Hornear

½ Cdta Bicarbonato de Sodio

½ Cdta Clavo en polvo

½ Cdta Canela

¼ Cdta Nuez Moscada

For the Ingredientes Húmedos

2 Huevos

¾ Azúcar Blanca

½ Taza Leche

Taza Aceite Vegetal

1 Cdta Vainilla

Ralladura de Naranja

For the Cobertura y acompañante

2 Tazas Azúcar Glass

Dulce de Leche

For the Dry Ingredients

2 ½ cup Wheat Flour

⅓ cup Cocoa Powder

2 tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Ground Cloves

½ tsp Cinnamon

¼ tsp Nutmeg

For the Wet Ingredients

2 Eggs

¾ cup White Sugar

½ cup Milk

⅓ cup Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Vanilla

Orange Zest

For the Topping and accompaniment

2 cup Powdered Sugar

Step 1

En un bol agrega los ingredientes secos, revuelve y aparta.

Step 2

En una baritoda agrega huevos, azúcar y bate.

Step 3

Incorpora el resto de los ingredientes húmedos y bate.

Step 4

Agrega la mezcla de ingredientes secos y mezcla hasta obtener una masa.

Step 5

Enharina una superficie, coloca la masa y haz bolitas.

Step 6

Sumerge las bolitas en azúcar glass y lleva a una bandeja.

Step 7

Hornea a 350°F o 180°C de 10 -12 minutos.

Step 8

Acompaña con dulce de leche.
