Step 1

Con la ayuda de un ablandador de carne y papel film aplana la carne.

Una vez aplanada pica y agrega ajo, sal, pimienta, queso mozzarella rallado, queso parmesano rallado, aceite de oliva y espinacas.

Enrolla y compacta al mismo tiempo hasta formar un rollo.

Step 4

Con un cordon de cocinero amarra el rollo de carne y corta de aproximadamente 3-4cm de grosor.

En un sartén con un poco de aceite cocina los rollos de carne por ambos lados.

Retira el cordon y disfruta.
