Alitas de Pollo

Tajín

Ajo en Polvo

Sal y Pimienta

For the Arroz

2 Cdas Aceite de Oliva

½ Pimiento Verde

½ Pimiento Rojo

1 Challote o Cebolla Pequeña

4 Dientes de Ajo

1 Cda Sazon

1 Cda Achiote en Polvo

1 Cda Oregano

Sal al gusto

2 Tazas Arroz Jazmín

1 Taza Vino Blanco

1 Taza Caldo de Pollo

1 Taza Tomate Molido

Chicken Wings

Tajín

Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil

For the Rice

2 tbsp Olive Oil

½ Green Pepper

½ Red Pepper

1 Shallot or Small Onion

4 Garlic Cloves

1 tbsp Seasoning

1 tbsp Ground Annatto

1 tbsp Oregano

Salt to taste

2 cup Jasmine Rice

1 cup White Wine

1 cup Chicken Broth

1 cup Crushed Tomato

Directions

Step 1

For the Pollo

Step 1

Combina todos los ingredientes y hornea a 400°F o 200°C hasta que estén crujientes y listas.

Alitas de Pollo

Tajín

Ajo en Polvo

Sal y Pimienta

Aceite de Oliva

For the Arroz

Step 1

En la arrocera sofrie con aceite de oliva los vegetales, luego agrega el sazon, achiote, oregano, sal, arroz y mezcla.

Step 2

Incorpora el Vino, Caldo, Tomate y cocina.

Step 3

Una vez listo, incopora las alitas de pollo y sirve.

Combine all the ingredients and bake at 400°F or 200°C until they are crispy and ready.

In the rice cooker, sauté the vegetables with olive oil, then add the seasoning, achiote, oregano, salt, rice and mix.

Step 2

Incorporate the Wine, Broth, Tomato and cook.

Step 3

Once ready, incorporate the chicken wings and serve.
