1 kg Lechosa o Papaya verde

Bicarbonato de Sodio

0.5 kg Piña (opcional)

2 Tazas Azúcar Blanca

200 gr Panela o Papelon

½ Taza Vinagre de Manzana

5 Clavos de Olor

1 Anis Estrellado

1 Palito Canela

2 Litros Agua

1 kg Green Papaya or Pawpaw

Baking Soda

0.5 kg Pineapple (optional)

2 cup White Sugar

200 gr Panela or Brown Sugar Loaf

½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

5 cloves

1 Star Anise

1 Cinnamon Stick

2 L Water

Step 1

Remoja la lechosa cortada en cuadros de 2-8 horas en agua y bicarbonato de sodio.

Step 2

Tira el agua.

Step 3

Cocina a fuego medio bajo por 3-4 horas en 2 litros de agua fresca y el resto de los ingredientes.
