750 gr Batata

½ Taza Harina de Trigo

200 gr Queso Mozzarella

100 gr Chorizo

Sal al gusto

1 Taza Pan Rallado

Sour Cream

Aceite para freir

750 gr Potato

½ cup Wheat Flour

200 gr Mozzarella Cheese

100 gr Chorizo

Salt to taste

1 cup Bread Crumbs

Sour Cream

Oil for frying

Step 1

Envuelve la batata en papel de aluminio y lleva al horno a 450°F o 232°C por 1 hora o hasta ablandar.

Step 2

Con un triturador de papas aplasta muy bien la Batata.

Step 3

Agrega sal, harina de trigo, queso mozzarella rallado, chorizo picado y revuelve hasta obtener una masa homogénea.

Step 4

Haz bolitas y pasa por pan rallado.

Step 5

Frie en abundante aceite a 350°F o 180°C hasta dorar.

Step 6

Acompaña con Sour Cream y disfruta.

With a potato masher, mash the sweet potato very well.

Step 3

Add salt, wheat flour, grated mozzarella cheese, chopped chorizo and stir until you get a homogeneous dough.

Make balls and roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in plenty of oil at 350°F or 180°C until golden brown.
