2 Rebanadas de Pan

2 Cdtas de Mostaza Dijon

6 Rebanadas de Jamón

150 gr de Queso Gruyere

Salsa Bechamel

1 Huevo Frito

For the Salsa Bechamel

1 L de Leche

1 Cebolla

5 Clavos de Olor

1 Hoja de Laurel

½ taza de Harina de Trigo

1 Barra de Mantequilla

Sal al gusto

¼ Cdta de Nuez Moscada

¼ Cdta de Pimienta Blanca

For the Assembly

1 tbsp of Butter

2 slice of Bread

2 tsp of Dijon Mustard

6 slice of Ham

150 gr of Gruyere Cheese

Bechamel Sauce

1 Fried Egg

For the Bechamel Sauce

1 L of Milk

1 Onion

5 cloves

1 Bay Leaf

½ cup of Wheat Flour

1 stick of Butter

Salt to taste

¼ tsp of Nutmeg

¼ tsp of White Pepper

Step 1

For the Salsa Bechamel

Step 1

Calienta la leche con la cebolla, los clavos y la hoja de laurel sin hervir, después de unos minutos retira la cebolla, los clavos y la hoja de laurel.

Step 2

En una sartén, tuesta la harina, mezcla con la mantequilla para formar una masa y añade la leche revolviendo constantemente hasta que espese, añade sal, nuez moscada y pimienta blanca al final.

For the Ensamblar el Sandwich

Step 1

En un sarten con mantequilla pon a tostar el pan, agrega mostaza, jamon y queso.

Step 2

Cubre con la salsa bechamel previamente hecha y lleva a gratinar.

Junta las dos partes del pan, coloca mas bechamel, mas queso y lleva a gratinar una vez mas.

Finaliza con un huevo frito encima y disfruta.
