1 Taza Sal Verde (Buscala en mis recetas anteriores)

1 Cda de Pimenton en polvo

4 Tazas de Agua Caliente

Ramita de Romero y Tomillo

Costillas

1 cup Green Salt (Look for it in my previous recipes)

1 tbsp of Paprika

4 cup of Hot Water

sprig of Rosemary and Thyme

Step 1

Asar las Costillas por el lado del hueso de 3 a 4 horas.

Step 2

prepara la salmuera colocando todos los ingredientes en un envase y aplicala cada 30 minutos con una brocha de romero y tomillo.

1 Taza Sal Verde (Buscala en mis recetas anteriores)

1 Cda de Pimenton en polvo

4 Tazas de Agua Caliente

Ramita de Romero y Tomillo

Step 3

Asar las Costillas por el otro lado durante 1 hora.

Step 4

Deja reposar 30 minutos antes de cortar.

Step 1

Roast the ribs on the bone side for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 2

Prepare the brine by placing all the ingredients in a container and apply it every 30 minutes with a rosemary and thyme brush.

Step 3

Roast the ribs on the other side for 1 hour.

Step 4

Let it rest for 30 minutes before cutting.
