1 Costillas de cerdo

1 Cerveza o Malta

2 Cdas Azucar Morena

1 Cda Pimenton en polvo

1 Cda Ajo en polvo

1 Cdta Comino

1 Cdta Hojuelas de Chile

1 Cda Sal

For the Para la Salsa

1 Taza Salsa BBQ

3 Cdas Mostaza

¼ Taza Cerveza

1 Pork Ribs

1 Beer or Malta

2 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Chili Flakes

1 tbsp Salt

For the Sauce

1 cup BBQ Sauce

3 tbsp Mustard

¼ cup Beer

Step 1

Precalienta el horno a 300°F o 150°C.

Step 2

Coloca el costillar en una bandeja con rejilla.

Step 3

Humedece el costillar con la cerveza. Deja la cerveza en la bandeja.

Step 4

Cubre las costillas por ambos lados con la mezcla de especias.

Step 5

Coloca papel de aluminio y lleva al horno por 2 horas.

Step 6

Sacalas, retira el papel de aluminio y cubre con la salsa bbq por ambos lados, lleva nuevamente al horno en la opción de gratinar a 400°F o 200°C de 5 a 7 mins por cada lado.

Place the rack of ribs on a tray with a rack.

Step 3

Moisten the ribs with the beer. Leave the beer in the tray.

Step 4

Cover the ribs on both sides with the spice mix.

Step 5

Place aluminum foil and put in the oven for 2 hours.

Step 6

Remove them, take off the aluminum foil and cover with the bbq sauce on both sides, put back in the oven on the broil option at 400°F or 200°C for 5 to 7 mins on each side.
