450 gr Coco Rallado

1 Lata Leche Condensada

For the Caramelo

1 ½ Taza Azúcar Blanca

¼ Taza Agua

450 gr Shredded Coconut

1 can Condensed Milk

For the caramel

1 ½ cup White Sugar

¼ cup Water

Step 1

Mezcla el coco rallado con la leche condensada.

Step 2

Extiende en una bandeja y lleva al congelador por 20 minutos.

Step 3

Haz bolitas y lleva nuevamente al congelador por 20 minutos mas.

Step 4

For the Caramelo

Step 1

Cocina el azúcar y el agua sin revolver hasta que se haga un caramelo.

Step 2

Baña cada bolita con el caramelo y deja enfriar.

Mix the shredded coconut with the condensed milk.

Step 2

Spread it on a tray and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Make balls and put them back in the freezer for another 20 minutes.

Step 4

For the Caramel

Step 1

Cook the sugar and water without stirring until it becomes caramel.

Step 2

Coat each ball with the caramel and let it cool.
