1 ½ lb Carne Molida

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

1 Diente de Ajo

Champiñones al gusto

1 Pimiento Verde

1 Pimiento Rojo

1 Queso Gouda (Para la mezcla de carne)

Pan Baguette

1 Queso Gouda Ahumado (Para el pan)

Cebollas Caramelizadas

For the Cebollas Caramelizadas

3 Cebollas Blancas

2 Cdas Aceite de Oliva

¼ Taza Azúcar Morena

1 Cda Mantequilla

4 Cdas Vinagre Rojo

Sal al gusto

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Garlic Clove

Mushrooms to taste

1 Green Pepper

1 Red Pepper

1 Gouda Cheese (For the meat mixture)

Baguette Bread

1 Smoked Gouda Cheese (For the bread)

Caramelized Onions

For the Caramelized Onions

3 White Onions

2 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Butter

4 tbsp Red Vinegar

Salt to taste

Step 1

Prepara la carne con todos los vegetales picados, el queso rallado, sal y pimienta.

1 ½ lb Carne Molida

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

1 Diente de Ajo

Champiñones al gusto

1 Pimiento Verde

1 Pimiento Rojo

1 Queso Gouda (Para la mezcla de carne)

Step 2

Abre un baguette, retira la masa, agrega queso gouda ahumado rallado y coloca la carne preparada sobre el queso.

Step 3

Cocina por el lado de la carne a fuego medio de 5-7 minutos mas otros 2-3 minutos del lado del pan.

Step 4

Sirve con cebollas caramelizadas y disfruta.

Step 1

Cocina todos los ingredientes a fuego medio hasta que caramelicen.

Step 1

Prepare the meat with all the chopped vegetables, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

1 ½ lb Ground Meat

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Garlic Clove

Mushrooms to taste

1 Green Pepper

1 Red Pepper

1 Gouda Cheese (For the meat mixture)

Step 2

Open a baguette, remove the dough, add grated smoked gouda cheese, and place the prepared meat on top of the cheese.

Step 3

Cook on the meat side over medium heat for 5-7 minutes plus another 2-3 minutes on the bread side.

Step 4

Serve with caramelized onions and enjoy.

Step 1

Cook all the ingredients over medium heat until they caramelize.
