For the Para el Cheesecake

180 gr Chocolate Blanco

1 Taza Queso Crema

3 Huevos

For the Para el Sirope:

1 Litro de Juego de Maracuya (Parchita)

70 gr Chocolate Blanco

For the Cheesecake

180 gr White Chocolate

1 cup Cream Cheese

3 Eggs

For the Syrup:

1 L of Passion Fruit Juice

70 gr White Chocolate

Step 1

En un bol agrega el chocolate blanco y derrite en el microondas de 30 segundos en 30 segundos hasta disolver por completo.

Step 2

Agrega el queso crema y con la ayuda de una batidora eléctrica bate.

Step 3

Incorpora uno a uno los huevos y bate.

Step 4

En un molde desmondable con papel encerado coloca la mezcla y lleva el horno a 350°F o 180°C de 40-50 minutos.

Step 5

Para el sirope en un sartén coloca el jugo de maracuya y cocina a fuego medio alto hasta reducir.

Step 6

Con el sartén apagado pero aun caliente agrega el chocolate blanco e incorpora hasta que este homogéneo.

Step 7

Vierte el sirope sobre el cheesecake y disfruta.

Add the cream cheese and beat with the help of an electric mixer.

Step 3

Incorporate the eggs one by one and beat.

Step 4

In a removable mold with waxed paper, place the mixture and bake in the oven at 350°F or 180°C for 40-50 minutes.

Step 5

For the syrup, in a pan, add the passion fruit juice and cook over medium-high heat until reduced.

Step 6

With the pan off but still hot, add the white chocolate and incorporate until it is homogeneous.

Step 7

Pour the syrup over the cheesecake and enjoy.
