For the Ajos Confitados

4 Cabezas de Ajo

1 Taza Aceite de Oliva

1 Ramita Romero

Ribeye Steak

⅓ cup Olive Oil

⅓ Balsamic Vinegar

1 sprig Rosemary

Salt and Pepper to taste

For the Confit Garlic

4 Heads of Garlic

1 cup Olive Oil

1 sprig Rosemary

For the Marinado

Step 1

Agrega todos los ingredientes en una bolsa hermética.

Step 2

Agrega la carne y deja marinar por 2 horas.

Step 3

Cocina a temperatura media alta hasta el termino de tu preferencia.

Pela los ajos y agregalos en aceite con el romero.

Add the meat and let it marinate for 2 hours.

Cook at medium-high heat until it's done to your preference.

Peel the garlic and add them to the oil with the rosemary.

Step 2

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
