3 Berenjena

3 Pimientos

3 Cebollas

6 Tomates

1 Coliflor

½ Taza de Aceite de Oliva

¼ Taza Vinagre Balsamico

6 Dientes Ajo

1 Cda Oregano

1 Cda Hojuelas de Chile

Sal al gusto

3 Eggplants

3 Bell Peppers

3 Onions

6 Tomatoes

1 Cauliflower

½ cup of Olive Oil

¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar

6 Garlic Cloves

1 tbsp Oregano

1 tbsp Chili Flakes

Salt to taste

Step 1

En una bandeja coloca todos los ingredientes y mezcla.

Step 2

Hornea a 400°F o 200°C por 60 minutos.

Step 3

Disfruta como prefieras, yo la comi sobre un pan tostado y queso crema.

Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 60 minutes.

Step 3

Enjoy however you prefer, I ate it on toasted bread with cream cheese.
