1 tbsp Whole Pepper

2 Bay Leaves

Step 1

Coloca los huesos de pollo en una bandeja con rejilla y hornea a 425°F o 220°C por 35-45 minutos.

Step 2

En una olla agrega los huesos de pollo horneados, cebolla, zanahoria, celery, perejil, agua, pimienta y las hojas de laurel.

Step 3

Cocina a fuego alto hasta hervir y luego reduce a fuego medio bajo de 60 a 90 minutos.

Step 4

Cuela y esta listo pasa ser usado.
