¼ Taza Salsa de Soya

2 Cdas Mirin o Sake

¼ Taza Vinagre de Arroz

1 Cda Sriracha

1 Raíz de Jengibre (Pequeña)

2 Dientes de Ajo

4 Cdas Agua

For The Sauce

3 tbsp Peanut Butter

¼ cup Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Mirin or Sake

¼ cup Rice Vinegar

1 tbsp Sriracha

1 Small Ginger Root

2 Garlic Cloves

4 tbsp Water

Step 1

Mezcla muy bien todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una salsa.

3 Cdas Mantequilla de Maní

¼ Taza Salsa de Soya

2 Cdas Mirin o Sake

¼ Taza Vinagre de Arroz

1 Cda Sriracha

1 Raíz de Jengibre (Pequeña)

2 Dientes de Ajo

4 Cdas Agua

Step 2

Forma pinchos envolviendo cada pollo en tocineta.

Step 3

Agrega la salsa y marina por 2 horas.

Step 4

Cocina por ambos lados hasta dorar.
