2 Cdas Aceite Vegetal

6 Dientes Ajo

½ Cdta Pimenton en polvo

½ Taza Vermut seco

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

6 Garlic Cloves

½ tsp Paprika

½ cup Dry Vermouth

Directions

Step 1

Pica y sazona la carne con sal y pimienta.

Step 2

En un sartén con aceite sofie la carne hasta dorar y aparta.

Step 3

Pica y agrega ajo al sartén junto con paprika y sofrie.

Step 4

Incorpora vermut y reduce

Step 5

Agrega mantequilla y revuelve.

Step 6

Incorpora la carne mezcla y a disfrutar.

Chop and add garlic to the pan along with paprika and sauté.

Step 4

Add Vermouth and reduce.

Step 5

Add butter and stir.
