1 Cda Jengibre

4 Ramas Cebollin

2 Dientes Ajo

1 ½ Taza Brotes de Soya

½ Taza Jamón

4 Cdas Aceite Vegetal

2 Huevos

2 Tazas Arroz Frio

4 Cdas Salsa de Soya

For the Salsa Agridulce

1 Cda Maicena

½ Taza Agua

3 Cdas Azúcar

3 Cdas Miel

¼ Taza Salsa de Tomate (Ketchup)

Taza Vinagre de Arroz o Blanco

1 Cdta Hojuelas de Chile (Opcional)

1 tbsp Ginger

4 Scallion Stalks

2 Garlic Cloves

1 ½ cup Soy Sprouts

½ cup Ham

4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

2 Eggs

2 cup Cold Rice

4 tbsp Soy Sauce

For the Sweet and Sour Sauce

1 tbsp Cornstarch

½ cup Water

3 tbsp Sugar

3 tbsp Honey

¼ cup Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)

⅓ cup Rice or White Vinegar

1 tsp Chili Flakes (Optional)

Step 1

En un wok bien caliente y con la mitad del aceite sofrie cebollin (La parte blanca), jengibre y ajo.

Step 2

Agrega brotes y sofríe.

Step 3

Agrega jamón y sofrie.

Step 4

Agrega el resto del aceite y cocina los huevos.

Step 5

Incorpora arroz, sofrie y agrega salsa de soya y cebollin (La parte verde).

Step 6

For the Salsa Agridulce

Step 1

Mezcla agua con maicena hasta disolver.

Step 2

En una olla agrega todos los ingredientes y cocina hasta hervir.

Step 3

Reduce hasta tener la consistencia deseada.

In a very hot wok with half of the oil, sauté the scallions (the white part), ginger, and garlic.

Step 2

Add sprouts and sauté.

Step 3

Add ham and sauté.

Step 4

Add the rest of the oil and cook the eggs.

Step 5

Incorporate rice, sauté and add soy sauce and scallions (the green part).

Step 6

For the Sweet and Sour Sauce

Step 1

Mix water with cornstarch until dissolved.

Step 2

In a pot, add all the ingredients and cook until boiling.

Step 3

Reduce until you have the desired consistency.
