Ingredients

1.5 kg Carne Molida

1 Cebolla

4 Dientes de Ajo

½ Cdta Hojuelas de Chile

75 gr Pan Rallado

300 ml Leche

3 Cdas Queso Ricotta

½ Taza Perejil

¾ Taza Queso Parmesano

3 Huevos

Sal al gusto

1.5 kg Ground Meat

1 Onion

4 Garlic Cloves

½ tsp Chili Flakes

75 gr Bread Crumbs

300 ml Milk

3 tbsp Ricotta Cheese

½ cup Parsley

¾ cup Parmesan Cheese

3 Eggs

Salt to taste

Step 1

En un sartén con un poco de aceite sofrie cebolla, ajo, hojuelas de chile y aparta.

Step 2

Mezcla el pan rallado con la leche y deja reposar unos minutos.

Step 3

En un bol agrega todos los ingredientes y mezcla muy bien con tus manos.

Step 4

Haz bolitas del tamaño de una pelota de golf y coloca en una bandeja.

Step 5

Lleva al horno a 400°F o 200°C de 16-20 minutos.

Step 6

Puedes acompañar con cualquier tipo de salsa yo lo hice con una roja.
