Queso Mozzarella

Jamón Serrano

1 Cdta Pimienta en grano

2 Dientes Ajo

2 Cda Azúcar

1 Cdta Sal

1 Taza Vinagre

3 Tazas Agua

2 Hojas de Laurel

Serrano Ham

1 tsp Whole Peppercorns

2 Garlic Cloves

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1 cup Vinegar

3 cup Water

2 Bay Leaves

Step 1

Corta la tapa del los ajíes y retira con cuidado las semillas.

Step 2

Corta queso mozzarella en cuadros, envuélvelos en jamón serrano y rellena los ajíes.

En una olla agrega pimienta, ajo, azúcar, sal, vinagre, agua y laurel. Deja hervir, luego reposa hasta enfriar y cuela.

Coloca los Ajíes rellenos en un envase de vidrio y agrega el vinagre previamente hecho.

Deja encurtir por 8 horas y luego refrigera.

In a pot, add pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, water and bay leaf. Let it boil, then let it rest until it cools and strain.

Place the stuffed peppers in a glass container and add the previously made vinegar.

Let it pickle for 8 hours and then refrigerate.
